SMR SNH bearing housings are split plummer blocks designed for grease or oil lubrication. Primarily designed for bearings mounted directly on cylindrical shafts or on adapter sleeves.
The housings are designed on the building block principle, allowing a wide choice of bearing, seal, and lubrication options. Feet are reinforced with structural ribs to prevent base deformation under high bolt loads.
Foot ribs provide higher structural stability and prevent base deformation under heavy bolt preloads.
Base geometry promotes heat transfer away from the bearing outer ring to maintain lower running temperatures.
Highly flexible options for selection of bearings, seals, metric/inch shafts, and monitoring sensors.
Tapped grease holes on the cap allow easy lubrication without dismounting any components.
TSN-G type - general industrial environments with moderate contamination.
Axially acting - high-speed applications and wet or washdown environments.
FS type - economical option for clean, dry, low-contamination environments.
Non-contact - high-speed, high-temperature or heavily dusty applications.
